Health & Fitness Assessment

Regaining your fitness is all about bringing your body and mind back to its more natural and balanced state of health. A fit body reduces health risk factors like heart disease, diabetes and cancer. It will lift your metabolism increasing your energy, alertness and vitality. You will burn off some of your fat reserves, get your brain functioning more effectively, reduce stress and build greater stamina and vitality.
You will undergo a simple but vital fitness assessment including a cardiovascular fitness test, muscular, endurance and strength test, flexibility test and resting heart rate.  This information sets a benchmark on which to assess your improvements over the 10 weeks.
